We accept a wide range of custom orders depending on timeline, stock availability and technical limitations. Please note that custom work and ceramics in general take time to complete.
Review Hand-Press Order + Meet with Client
Once a request has been submitted, we will review it and get back with you by email. One or more phone calls or in-person sessions with the artist may be scheduled depending on the nature of the request.
If the request is accepted and a timeline and design is agreed upon, a 50% deposit of the total cost will be required to begin the project. The remaining cost will be due upon completion.
*Initial quote may be subject to changes if project scope is changed.
Agreement + Deposit
The construction process is dependent on the needs of each custom order. Processes may include: Hand Building, Production Molds, Kiln Firings or Glaze Selections.
Updates will be given throughout the process including photos and in-person studio visits if necessary.
Final Design and Production
Once completed, you will be notified to schedule delivery. We are currently only taking request that can be delivered and picked up within a 100 mile radius of Fort Worth, TX. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, shipping may not be possible.
Our goal is for you to fall in love with your one-of-a-kind ceramic creation!
